Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the Saha Connect platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including members, event attendees, and visitors.
2. Membership Eligibility
Membership in Saha Connect communities is subject to application review and approval. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our sole discretion. Approved membership is personal and non-transferable. You must provide accurate information during the application process.
3. Member Conduct
Members agree to maintain a professional standard of conduct in all community interactions. Prohibited behaviour includes: unsolicited commercial messages or spam, sharing another member's contact information without their consent, misrepresentation of your identity or business, harassment or discrimination of any kind, and sharing confidential information discussed within the community. Violations may result in immediate membership termination without refund.
4. Payments and Refunds
Membership fees are charged annually and are non-refundable except in the following cases: (a) your application is rejected after payment, in which case a full refund is issued within 7 business days; (b) we are unable to fulfil the core membership benefits. Event registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Saha Connect. Partial-year refunds are not available.
5. Intellectual Property
Content shared within the community (templates, documents, resources) remains the intellectual property of the contributing member. By sharing content on the platform, you grant Saha Connect a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it to members. Do not share content you do not have the right to distribute.
6. Events
Event registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to modify event formats, speakers, or dates for reasons beyond our control. In such cases, registrants will be notified in advance. Photography and recording may occur at events; attendance implies consent to be photographed unless you notify us otherwise.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Saha Connect platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, the accuracy of member-provided information, or the outcomes of any business connections made through the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saha Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in community events. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for membership in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
